LPSS Grief and Loss Discussion & Support Group

Sunday, December 3rd, 2017 from 1:00-3:00pm.   A discussion/support group on Grief and Loss. This is an ongoing series of discussions with Donna Smith, LCSW. Call LPSS at 914-514-3220(Fran) for more information. Pre-registration is not required. Light refreshments provided. $5.00 donation requested.

Work of Noted LGBT Artist Now Adorns Walls at Westchester Medical Center

The Rainbow Series by Stephen Crohn celebrates diversity, inclusion and the relationship between The LOFT and WMCHealth. As Pride month nears an end, the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and The LOFT LGBT Community Services Center in White Plains celebrated the relationship between the two organizations with the dedication of an original and notable work of art that is now gracing the walls of the network’s flagship facility, Westchester Medical Center, for patients, their caregivers and staff to appreciate.

The recent change in federal policy does not alter the protections we afford to transgender students. There can be no confusion in this State. New York State schools must continue to enforce the law and protect transgender and gender non-conforming students.

New York City and its surrounding counties has seen an increase in non-travel associated cases of hepatitis A infection among men who have sex with men (MSM).
