Schedule:

  • 2:30pm - Queery will present their Sticks & Stones Art Exhibit featuring some new pieces to the collections
    • Refreshments will be served
    • Exhibit will continue during intermission and after the Stage Reading
  • 3:00pm - Introduction and Historical Context
  • 3:30pm - Debut Stage Reading of "The Man with the Floppy Ears" with local actors; written by playwrights Elwhy Jones & Phillip Reissman
  • 5:00pm - Question & Answer Session with playwrights

About "The Man with the Floppy Ears":

An aspiring young writer leaves his farm life in sesarch of the great American novel. In New York City he finds more than he bargans for in a sassy cross-dresser, a secretive Latin lover, and others while the police crackdown on the LGBT community in the absense of Prohibition.
