More particularly, we will discuss their implications in the gay community. How are child custody disputes resolved between same sex couples? Will the fact that you are gay affect your rights to custody and/or visitation? What are the rights/responsibility of a second parent? Of a known sperm donor? How much child support will you receive or owe? Come learn what your rights and responsibilities are and how to protect them. Legal Seminar The monthly clinic will bring in various attorneys, legal experts, and professionals for a seminar on key legal issues ranging from housing, to investments, to protecting our loved ones, to protecting our rights. Legal Clinic Prior to the seminar, attendees can make an appointment for a face-to-face meeting with counsel for after the seminar, providing guidance on general legal advice to those in immediate need. Legal assistance does not have to pertain to the topic of the seminar; and the clinic will advise on any questions you bring.
