    The Memorial Gift Shop is a thrift store co-run by The LOFT and MUMC.

    The shop is open Monday Thursday from 10am to 2pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. The shop is closed on Sundays.

    Film Friday

    The LOFT's Film Friday: Film Screening & Discussion group meets monthly to watch and discuss the newest releases in LGBT cinema. Snacks and refreshments are provided.

    This group meets on the 3rd Friday of every month for two screenings of the latest in LGBTQ cinema. The first screening begins at 1:00pm, the second screening begins at 7:00pm.  Discuss thoughts and opinions following the film!

    Synopsis: Two women, who are dissatisfied with the dishonesty they see in dating and relationships, decide to make a pact to spend 24 hours together hoping to find a new way to create intimacy.

    LOFT Social Groups are open groups which welcome everyone ages 18 and over. There is no need to preregister and no fee to attend. Donations are welcome. They are lead by facilitators who identify as peers with those in attendance.

    There is no fee to attend groups but a $5 donation is suggested, more if you can, less if you can’t. Fees related to activities are to the responsibility of participants.

    Center Lane LGBTQ Youth Drop-In

    Center Lane LGBTQ Youth Drop-in is an informal gathering for LGBTQ Youth and their Allies aged 13-21. Snacks and refreshments are available, and drop-in is a safe space that allows you to chat with friends and friendly people in a welcoming environment.

    The Drop-in time can be used to browse our library of books and resources, use the internet, find out about the program services and events happening at Center Lane, or set up a 1-1 appointment with a member of staff. There are often other events that run alongside the drop-in, including planned activities.

    The LGBTQ Youth Drop-in Center Lane takes place on alternating Tuesdays and Fridays At The LOFT in White Plains, NY.

    • Tuesdays, December 11th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm

    T.E.A.M. LOFT volunteers at St. Bart's Church

    T.E.A.M. LOFT is one of The LOFT's volunteering groups that goes out to the community and volunteers at a special event every month.

    T.E.A.M. LOFT is volunteering at the St. Bart's Church on Saturday, December 22nd, at 10:00am! Volunteers will be helping make bags for a holiday collection coat drive and can stay as long as they want until the project is finished.     Transgender Peer Support Group

    The Transgender Peer Support Group is an open topic group run by a trained facilitator for individuals who identify as transgender, transsexual, cross-dresser, gender variant, gender queer or intersex (18 and older). Partners of transgender group participants are also welcome.

    This group takes place the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month from 4:00pm to 5:30pm, and the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of every month from 5:30pm to 7:00pm

    Next Meetings:

    Sunday, December 2nd and December 16th (at 4:00pm)
    Saturday, December 8th and December 22nd (at 5:30pm)

    Entertainment at Eight

    Entertainment at Eight is a film screening group, which gathers twice a month to watch and discuss both contemporary and classic LGBT and mainstream films.

    Entertainment at Eight takes place on the 2nd & 4th Saturday evenings of each month at 8:00pm.

Jeff's nurse arranges with Elizabeth's publisher, Alexander Yardley (Sydney Greenstreet), for Jeff to spend the holiday at Elizabeth's bucolic Connecticut farm with her husband and child. But the column is a sham, so Yardley hastens to arrange a publicity ploy by setting up single, nondomestic Elizabeth on a country farm.
