What Does "Pride" Mean To You?
This June marks the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising that is credited as the beginning of the LGBT movement.
At this creative lunchon, you're invited to connect with your culture, history, and experiences through creative expression (drawing, writing, collage/crafting, etc.) what being PROUD means to you!
Come out and engage in a broad discussion around pride, identity, LGBT issues, and the passion of our community.
This is an all ages event, please invite friends!
P.S. Not the "creative" type? No worries! We'd love to hear your voice, and have you be a part of our conversation.
The LOFT's Silver Connections program is made possible by grants from the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office for Aging, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
