Silver Connections is The LOFT's LGBT 55+ Senior Outreach Program.
Silver Connections is designed to encourage socialization and continued learning in adults, ages 55 and older. The group holds meetings focused around learning new topics and skills, inter-generational conversation, peer support, and community outings.
Silver Connections Open Houses run on the 2nd Saturday and 4th Tuesday of every month from 11:30am-1:00pm.
Healthy Living For Your Brain and Body
For centuries, we've known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how lifestyle choices may help keep your brain and body healthy as you age.
Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy living.
