Virtual, In-Person & Hybrid LOFT Group Form
As of March 2024, The LOFT is still currently offering many of our Peer Support, Social Groups, and Events, virtually via Zoom and some groups are coming back to meeting in-person at the center. Hybrid options of both in-person at The LOFT & on zoom are also starting to be introduced. This LOFT Group Form indicates whether an event is taking place virtually, in-person or as a hybrid.

Zoom allows group members and participants to join group meetings virtually by either video chat or calling in. Zoom is FREE to use for participants. You can download Zoom on any smart phone, tablet, PC, or Mac. Visit: https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting for more information or visit your app store on your device.

The purpose of this group form is to ensure community members are able to attend the groups that they are interested in and get the link to join the appropriate group. Participation in The LOFT's Virtual Group requires you to follow safe space guidelines linked below.  All information submitted on this form will be kept confidential.

Once you fill out this Google Form, a LOFT staff member will follow up with you regarding the unique zoom access link for the group(s) you request. Each zoom access link is unique to the DATE and GROUP it is associated with. The link will not work outside of the scheduled meeting time. Your e-mail address will then be added to the outreach list for that particular group.  You will receive group reminders containing the zoom link and can unsubscribe at any time.  You do not need to keep completing this form for the same group.  Complete the form again only if you are registering for another LOFT group or event.

For the safety of our community and as an added security measure, LOFT staff may contact you via phone or email before you are sent the zoom link to ensure that all group participants are accessing our groups appropriately and in accordance with our group guidelines.

We respect your privacy and understand not everyone may feel comfortable entering personal information on-line. You can receive access to The LOFT's Virtual Groups by contacting a LOFT staff member at #914-948-2932 x13 and leaving a message or e-mailing info@loftgaycenter.org.  Please indicate on your message if The LOFT needs to use discretion when returning your call.

Requests to The LOFT's virtual groups should be made 24 hrs before the day and start time of the group you would like to join. If after 24 hours you have not received confirmation/links to your requested programs, please contact info@loftgaycenter.org.
