LGBT ActionLink: Center Action Network needs your help as they collect stories for an upcoming hearing with U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Azar, which will cover the authorization of religious-based discrimination in foster care and adoption.

Congressional Committee members are interested in receiving stories about why you oppose discrimination in foster care and adoption based on religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other aspects of your identity.
Consider sharing your story if:
- You or someone you know has faced discrimination in foster care and adoption
- Had a positive foster care and adoption experience as an LGBTQ person
- Worked for an organization that opposes foster care and adoption discrimination
- or experienced the harms of religious-based discrimination in foster care
