The LOFT has partnered with faculty and students from Iona College's Speech Communication Studies Department to offer a two-part workshop addressing speech and voice for members of the transgender and gender non-conforming (TGNC) communities.
• Are you interested in learning how your voice works?
• Do you want to know the best ways to keep your voice healthy and modify the way your voice sounds?
Come to this workshop to learn & practice some techniques to making your voice your own. We will also present apps, at-home practice techniques, and opportunities for further learning.
Brought to you by students and faculty of Iona College Speech Communication Studies Department. We seek to help the transgender community make changes in their lives while maintaining a comfortable and safe environment.
