The LOFT Celebrates Woman's History Month The month of Feburary Come visit The LOFT’s Cybercenter/Library during the month of March as we celebrate Women’s History Month. On display are works on women in history, romantic friendships between women, lesbian friendships, feminist theory and the empowerment of women through the outdoors and sports. Take a look at famous romantic friendships including Eleanor Roosevelt and Lorena Hickock, Una Troubridge and Radclyffe Hall, and Gertrude Stein and Alice B. Toklas. The display also includes women’s unique needs in health, in the AIDS epidemic, breast cancer and reproductive rights.
