Long Term Care Planning

Ruthayn Kronenberg & Susie Cabanas Owners of MyElder

As you or your loved one grows older, their care also needs to grow.

Join us to learn how to plan today for effective long-term care options, and help reduce your likelihood of facing the BIG FIVE risks that come with not being prepared:

* Becoming a "burden"

* Financial hardship

* Losing Independence and control

* Dependence on government programs and Institutionalization

We will be discussing MyElder services including Placement, Crisis Intervention, Monitoring, and Eviction Prevention.

Anyone, of any age, impacted by this topic is welcome to attend.

The LOFT's Silver Connections program is made possible by grants from the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office for Aging, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
