Legacy Planning for the LGBTQ+ Community
Presented by Stephanie Lynn Ramos, Esq. of Ramos Law

Legacy planning is the process of making decisions in advance to protect your life's work from being misused and to protect those that we love. It is not about death.

It is about ensuring that your assets, finances, healthcare, and family are all properly cared for in case of an emergency or your incapacity. It is about the people, community, and values that matter most to you.

Attorney Stephanie L. Ramos will be give an overview of Legacy Planning and answering your questions.

Ramos Law is an LGBT Law firm located in White Plains.

The LOFT's Silver Connections program is made possible by grants from the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services, New York State Department of Health, New York State Office for Aging, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
