Mianus River Gorge Preserve

167 Mianus River Road, Bedford, NY

The 935 acres of the preserve includes trails meandering through old growth forest, featuring Hemlocks that are over 350 years old, and the Mianus River that cuts through the gorge on its way to Long Island Sound. The trails will be uneven at times, but should be suited for most skill levels.

 

*All attendees are required to wear face masks for the duration of the walk and practice social distancing*

*The LOFT'S OutWalking events are planned with everyone's safety in mind and we ask that participants complete this waiver to acknowledge they feel safe and able to engage in this physical activity. Once signed, they will be kept on file for the remainder of the calendar year, and do not need to be completed on a monthly basis. Thank you for helping keep OutWalking a safe experience for all those who participate!

LOFT Social Groups are open groups which welcome everyone ages 18 and over. Groups are led by members of the LGBT and allied communities. There is no need to preregister and no fee to attend.

Donations are welcome. Suggested donation is $5; more if you can, less if you can't. Fees related to activities are the responsibility of participants.
