An Important Presentation By Lamson & Cutner, P.C.:

Learn How Elder Care Planning is Crucial to Protect Seniors’ Financial Well-Being

Planning for health care and long-term care needs is one of the most important steps seniors can take to protect themselves as they grow older.  Most people will need long-term care at some point in their lives.  This care is ruinously expensive – but it doesn’t need to be.

Partner David Cutner will explain the steps seniors in NYS can take to protect themselves and their assets, maintain their lifestyles, and remain in their homes, as long as possible.  Mr. Cutner regards long-term care planning to be an integral part of estate planning.  He will also discuss how Elder Care planning may affect financial and tax planning.
