Advocating for Undocumented & Detained Members of the TGNCNB Community

Workshop Description: This workshop will discuss relevant current policy and recent changes; the difference between the official policy and actual implementation; and ways to support undocumented & detained TGNCNB community members.

Workshop Format: This workshop will be a short presentation with slides and then an interactive discussion.

Bio: Stephanie has been an immigration attorney for 5 years. She opened, Lacroix Ramos, LLP, law firm after law school with a law school buddy. In April 2019, Attorney Ramos launched a new law practice, Ramos Law, PC, which aims to serve the LGBTQ+ & Polyamorous communities. She has expanded her practice assist her clients with Estate Planning, Family and Business law.
