The LOFT and WJC's Center Lane are partnering to offer a 12-session Young Adult Trans* Process Group for individuals ages 18 to 29.

A process group offers members a safe and confidential space to gain awareness and skills in handling interpersonal challenges and conflict in their personal relationships and with the greater community.

This group will be open to any individuals ages 18 to 29 who identify as trans, transgender, gender queer, non-binary, gender non-conforming (GNC), gender fluid or are questioning their gender identity/expression. This group is professionally run by a Center Lane staff member. The group will be closed to new attendees after the first few weeks. 

This process group will address specific needs of marginalized communities like the trans and GNC communities. Specifically, it addresses conflict and helps build conflict resolution skills for the participants.

This group is designed to help members:
1. Become conscious of what is going on inside themselves
2. Become conscious of how they are interacting with the group
3. Become more aware of themselves and the people they interact with on a regular basis.
