The LOFT is currently offering many of our Peer Support & Social Groups, virtually, via Zoom. The LOFT knows how important it is for our LGBTQ community to continue to safely connect with one another, especially in times of elevated stress and public concern. Although The LOFT's in-person groups and drop-in services are suspended at the moment, we want the community to know that we are still here to serve you.

You can either video chat in or call in using only audio through your Zoom account.
This is an open group to chat about what ever is on your mind. Grab a sandwich or a cup of coffee and connect with The LOFT staff and other community members virtually over lunch.

In this time when our lives are very off balanced, a centering practice can be a useful tool to get through challenging moments. Utilizing guided meditation, breathing exercises and reading and reflection, this session will introduce a variety of practices to help you feel grounded and centered to better connect to your emotional core.
This virtual group is open to all members of the LGBT and allied communities. This group is facilitated by The LOFT and Queery volunteer James Young. To learn more about James and Queery click here.
