Transgender Pride Flag

The Transgender Pride Flag made its debut at Phoenix Pride in 2000, crafted by US Navy Veteran Monica Helms. Helms designed the flag to symbolize the diversity of the transgender community and the ongoing struggle for transgender rights. The flag features blue stripes, representing traditional boy colors, and pink stripes, symbolizing traditional girl colors. The white stripe represents individuals who are intersex, transitioning, or have an undefined gender identity.
