JULY LGBTQ+ Cancer Awareness

HPV or the human papillomavirus is a common virus that can cause some types of cancer and infections. The HPV vaccine is safe and effective in preventing cervical cancer, anal cancer, throat cancer and anal warts. While many who identify as LGBTQ+ fear discrimination when seeking health care, there are health care providers who are welcoming and inclusive.

#QueerHealthIsPower
