Our first guest speaker for Queer Voices, award-winning educator Melissa Morris will be speaking on providing constructive feedback through a creative lens with a Q&A. This information will help us to support each other constructively as we participate in a group setting.

This will be an open-level class so whether you are a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, there will be something for everyone from gentle and dynamic flows to precise static balances with a final meditation accompanied by a short singing bowl sound bath.
This is a free experience, but donations are always welcomed.
The LOFT can supply mats and blocks, or you can bring your own equipment from home!

In honor of National Video Game Day The LOFT's Trans Support of the Hudson Valley is hosting its own video game party! Join us in playing Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, and Mario Kart, on the 26th of this month! There will be food, video games, and testing! Get tested and get a $25 gift card!
