Greenwich Audubon Center, Greenwich, CT
Saturday June 15, 2024
8:00-10:00 AM

In honor of LGBTQIA+ Pride Month, join Audubon staff for a special birding tour and celebration of diversity and inclusion of both birds and people. You will learn about the many colorful birds that call Audubon Greenwich home and go for a leisurely walk through our fields, orchards and woods to see many of them up close. Just as all of these birds and wildlife are welcome in our sanctuary so are all people!.

Let's Go Birding Together walks are for everyone who loves birds and the outdoors. We welcome those who identify as LGBTQ, allies, families, and anyone who wants to enjoy an outdoor experience that is inclusive. Why do we do this? Because the outdoors has not always been a welcoming place for LGBTQ people and Audubon wants help change that. For more information visit https://www.audubon.org/news/lets-go-birding-together

Program Fee: Admission is FREE but donations are encouraged. Your contributions help support our conservation work, including advocating for the protection of birds and the habitats they depend on for survival.
