November Artists LOFT Outing: Serious Fun Arts Fest Walking Tour

Serious Fun Fest will Spotlight the work of more than 200 Artists!

The Serious Fun Arts Festival will brighten the City of White Plains this fall with arts activities ranging from concerts to live mural painting, a public art walking tour to dancing in the streets. There will be sculpture, performance art, massive public art unveilings by renowned artists, fun family art-making and more throughout downtown.

The Artist LOFT group will meet at The Arts Westchester Gallery and will explore the current exhibit before embarking on the tour of public art in downtown White Plains

The Social Fabric features recent works and site-responsive commissions by artists who use textiles and fabrics to explore issues of broad social consequence. The artists leverage the accessible characteristics of their materials to address vital themes through artistic languages and strategies. Their wide-ranging explorations include issues of identity, consumerism, climate, equity and justice.
