The Artists LOFT is facilitated by The LOFT's Creatives Rebuild New York Artist-In-Residence Sphynxx and will feature a monthly art night at The LOFT on the 3rd Mondays from 6:30pm-8:30pm. The group will also host a monthly art related outing. Dates and times for these will vary month to month.

September Artists LOFT Outing: An Evening of Indigenous Short Films

Akuy Eenda Maawehlaang: The Place Where People Gather (Brooklyn Demme), Magit's Doll (Ann Verrall), and Silent Tribute (Lorna Rainey, Michele Baldwin, and Oleana Whispering Dove), three short documentaries that highlight the struggles of Indigenous peoples for social justice and cultural preservation, will all be shown. The documentaries examine current issues facing Indigenous communities, such as the need to protect and preserve their ancestral lands, the eerie legacy of the residential school system, and the tragedy of missing and murdered Indigenous women.

LOFT Social Groups are open groups which welcome everyone ages 18 and over. Groups are led by members of the LGBTQ+ and allied communities. There is no need to preregister and no fee to attend.
Donations are welcome. Suggested donation is $5; more if you can, less if you can't. Fees related to activities are the responsibility of participants.
