Christopher Mitchell currently works as the Director of HR Strategy and Project Management for Condé Nast and is responsible for orchestrating the implementation of the HR Strategy across the global organization to ensure brand and business objectives are met. This includes all strategic initiatives as well as projects to help sustainably drive the business forward. He is responsible for defining clear operational achievements to track progress across the different strategic initiatives.
Prior to Condé Nast, Christopher was at Verizon Media where he led the implementation and design of the performance management, promotion and recognition programs. He also has extensive experience from Mastercard where he led global diversity initiatives as part of their Diversity and Inclusion team.
Christopher graduated from Brown University with a double major in commerce, organizations and entrepreneurship and history of art and architecture with a focus on modern art, and received an MBA from New York University with a triple major in management, luxury marketing, and digital marketing. Along the way, Christopher has volunteered for numerous non-profits and charity organizations that align with his personal values, including the LOFT.
In his free time, Christopher loves to travel (his favorite place is the beach/pool), discover new restaurants and is an avid spinner.
