Spirituality Support & Discussion group meets twice a month, on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays from 11:00am to 12:30pm. This group is welcome and open to all exploring, living in, or healing from/with spirituality and/or faith. The group often discusses philosophical topics, and participates in regular meditations.
