LGBTQ+ Mental Health Peer Support Group

The LGBTQ+ Mental Health Peer Support Group is for members of the LGBTQ+ community, ages 18 and over, who are living with a mental health condition, either diagnosed or undiagnosed.

This group is for peer support only, meaning that we offer each other a space for sharing our lived experiences. This is not group therapy, nor should the group be used for crisis intervention. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, 988, or one of the crisis intervention services listed below.

WHEN: The 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
WHERE: Virtual meeting - please register below to access the Zoom link

LOFT Peer Support Groups are open-topic drop-in groups. They are led by facilitators who identify as peers with those in attendance.
There is no fee to attend discussion groups but a $5 donation is suggested, more if you can, less if you can’t.  Fees related to activities are the responsibility of participants.
