Managing Holiday Stress

We know that not everybody gets excited about the holidays. In fact, for many of us, it can be downright stressful.  The LOFT has on-site, free mental health therapy available on Wednesdays from 1-7 pm.  Come and have a free, private, session with a professional therapist. 

It can be helpful to have someone to talk with and help process whatever is going on, in a supportive, confidential space.
