Public Comment Sessions: 10/13 - 6pm Judy Troilo, The LOFT's Executive Director, is a committee member of the White Plains Police Reform Committee. You can call Judy, at 914-948-2932 ext 11, to give your comments about your experiences with the White Plains Police Department. Judy will either write down or record your comments, with your permission. You can remain anonymous if you'd prefer.
