VIRTUAL: Spirituality Support & Discussion Group

The Spirituality Support & Discussion Group is a meeting for all over 18 to discover, rekindle, or live in faith and/or spirituality. Individuals of any belief system are welcome to participate in discussion, share experiences, questions/concerns, and seek advice with other spiritual individuals.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, this group will be meeting virtually until further notice. (Click here to learn more)

When: The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 11:30am to 1pm.

Next Meeting: This group will be meeting on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 with Guest Speaker, Jay Siegelaub, on Zoom!

Jay Siegelaub is a member of Bet Am Shalom Synagogue in White Plains, and has lived with his husband in Ossining & Cortlandt Manor for the past 35 years.  He has been on his spiritual journey — in many forms — for much of his life (even when he didn’t realize it!). In his retirement, he now has the time to pursue his love for woodworking (making furniture), as well as doing volunteer work with several nonprofits. His current favorite “mentors” are Brené Brown and Rachel Naomi Remen.

“Spirit often shows up in surprising clothes. The secret is in learning how to spot it — and engage it.”
