"Maintaining high quality and accessible healthcare for the community is extremely important. In  the past, the healthcare needs of LGBTQ communities may have been unmet as a result of bias, cost, and inequitable access to a safe, open, and comfortable healthcare environment. The Adult Primary Care Center (APCC) at Westchester Medical Center is working towards a better understanding of the needs of the local LGBTQ community. Westchester Medical Center invites you to help us in this regard by taking the attached confidential, anonymous survey at your convenience; in order to allow us to build a healthier future for us all.
