Join us to celebrate and mourn the lives of our transgender family members lost to anti-transgender violence and hate in the past year.

Founded in 1998 by advocate Gwendolyn Ann Smith, TDOR began to commemorate members of the transgender community who were lost this past year to transphobic acts of violence. Ann Smith has said, "With so many seeking to erase transgender people - sometimes in the most brutal ways possible - it is vitally important that those we lose are remembered, and that er continue to fight for justice.
