Interested in becoming a 2024 Westchester Pride vendor?

• Download and complete our PDF application, and send it back to us via email/or snail mail. Subject line: 2024 Westchester Pride Vendor Application to [email protected] or mail to us at The LOFT LGBTQ+ Community Center, 252 Bryant Avenue, White Plains, NY 10605.

Vendors will be contacted with their approval, if applicable, and request for payment to confirm their space at 2024 Westchester Pride Hosted by The LOFT.

VENDOR FAQs:

Do I need a tent? Tents are strongly encouraged due to sun exposure and summer heat. Additionally, tents have to be weighted down with something like a sandbag (required) to help with strong winds. 

What do I need to bring if I become a vendor? Your vendor slot secures your space in the designated Pride Area. You are responsible for bringing your own table, tent/covering (ensure it is properly weighted with sandbags or flat weights, no spikes), chairs, and any other necessary items for providing services or selling products.

Does The LOFT/Westchester Pride promote and market vendors? We include vendors in our Pride map, which lists all participants. Additionally, we provide promotional graphics for your digital platforms and encourage tagging us on social media. For graphics, please email Rickey@loftgaycenter.org. While we support with visibility, vendors are responsible for their own advertising and promotion, including the option to advertise in OUTSPOKEN Magazine: Pride Guide Issue, or become a sponsor.

Does The LOFT/Westchester Pride guarantee vendor profitability? No, we do not guarantee success. We offer vendor slots, and the outcome depends on your efforts.

What happens if it rains? Westchester Pride is a rain-or-shine event with contingency plans for inclement weather. Please note that the event will not be rescheduled.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Space and rental fees are due with the application and processed upon vendor acceptance. Fees are non-refundable, even if a vendor cancels their space.
