Event Highlights:

🍔 Delicious Barbecue and Potluck:
Fire up the grill and enjoy a mouthwatering barbecue with a variety of delicious options for everyone. We encourage you to bring your own meats and veggies, drinks (non-alcoholic only), and whatever you need to grill and share with others. It’s a community culinary adventure where everyone contributes to the feast!

🎽 Clothing Swap:
In partnership with The LOFT's Trans Support of the Hudson Valley, we are hosting a clothing swap. Donate clothes before the event and come on the day to find new gender-affirming clothing. It's a wonderful opportunity to refresh your wardrobe and support our community.

🎉 Fun and Games for All Ages:
Our event is packed with fun activities for both kids and adults. From classic lawn games to arts and crafts, there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect opportunity for children to make new friends and for parents to network and relax.

🏳️‍🌈 Building Community Connections:
LOFT Families and TSHV are all about fostering a supportive and inclusive community for LGBTQ+ parents and their children, and for Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, and Nonbinary individuals. Meet other families, share experiences, and build lasting connections in a welcoming and friendly environment.

🧒 Kid-Friendly Activities and Playground:
Enjoy a day of good food, bubbles, and other activities. Plus, parents can take their kids to our on-site playground, where they can run, climb, and play to their hearts' content.

🩺 Health and Wellness:
There will also be testing available for those who wish to get tested. Each person tested will receive a $25 gift card!

Trans Support of the Hudson Valley (TSHV) hosts a workshop social each month with a community presenter, time to socialize, snacks, and free HIV & Hep C Virus (HCV) testing.

Trans Support Workshops are exclusively for transgender, gender non-conforming, or non-binary (TGNCNB) folx and their partners. TGNCNB individuals who are tested for HIV & HCV will receive a $25 gift card. click here to learn more

LOFT Families is a vibrant and inclusive networking group designed specifically for LGBTQ+ parents and their children. The program offers a variety of engaging activities and events that cater to both parents and children, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support. click here to learn more
