Saturday, August 13th | Music in our Lives
Meet artist in residence, Christina Picciano (she/her), a recipient of the Artist Employment Program (AEP) grant from Creatives Rebuild New York (CRNY). As a queer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist she will work with The LOFT to use music and advocacy to empower the community and address social justice issues. This is an interactive music and discussion meeting.
For this discussion Christina invites you to participate in an open dialogue on how music uplifts and empowers our community and becomes an outlet for social change and personal expression?
BYOI: Bring your own instrument or try one on hand at the meeting!
