Daniela L (she/her/hers/ella) is the Case Manager for The LOFT's Trans Support of The Hudson Valley (TSHV) Program. Daniela provides community-based case management, evidence-based health education, peer navigation, and PrEP support with a focus on expanding the creative coping strategies and resilience that TGNCNB individuals already have.

Prior to joining The LOFT, Daniela worked with children and adolescents in an educational setting. She has always had a passion for helping her community and supporting them by spreading light and positivity. One of her goals in life is to leave the world a better place by promoting peace, justice, and equality for all.

Daniela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SUNY Purchase and plans on furthering her education.

Daniela enjoys spending her free time in many ways! She loves exploring nature, going on hikes, and working out. She enjoys photography, being both in front and behind the camera. She also has a passion for fashion and loves to shop for clothing, makeup, hair care, and skincare. She is super outgoing, and enjoys meeting new people wherever she goes!
