Workshop Description: This workshop will discuss the experiences of TGNCNB folx seeking to manage their mental health and practice self-care while navigating transition from the perspective of an experienced, affirming mental health provider.


Workshop Format: A presentation and interactive community conversation with TGNCNB attendees.


Bios:

Ivan Diller, LCSW-R (he/him) is a licensed clinical social worker providing individual, couple, and family therapy in White Plains, New York. He is the clinical director of Omni Psychotherapy, LCSW, P.C., a group practice that specializes in serving the mental health-related needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. Areas of specialization include sexual orientation and gender identity, gender dysphoria, mixed-orientation marriage, sexual abuse and other trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, divorce, grief and loss, school transitions and adjustment, mid-life, career, and chronic illness including HIV/AIDS.

Ivan obtained his Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service where he has been an adjunct lecturer since 2011.
