Jacob Burns Film Center (JBFC) is a nonprofit five-screen cinema and education center located in Pleasantville, NY. One of the most successful suburban art houses in the country, we celebrate film as a vehicle for entertainment, education, and inspiration.
With our films, events, community screenings, visiting artists, and special guests, we strive to further our nonprofit mission, spark dialogue and encourage an acceptance of a diversity of perspectives among our theatergoers and the community—something we started when we opened our doors in 2001.
The LOFT often views films as part of the OUT at The MOVIES events.

Maybe you have dreamed of being in the spotlight on a stage singing. Maybe you are the hit at karaoke night. Maybe you just love to sing along to your favorite show tunes. The art of Cabaret is unique in that you make it your own. And the best part of it is, you don’t have to sing like Barbra or Judy! You sing like you! My name is Eadie Scott and I teach Cabaret Performance Workshops in the City. My goal is to bring cabaret to Westchester! My Mission is to fill the world with the joy and love that only music can bring. When you share a song, you share a little part of your heart.

I am a New York based contemporary artist who works with discarded and outdated print materials including textbooks, album covers and magazines to construct geometric abstract collages. My work has been featured in numerous exhibitions including the AIM biennial at The Bronx Museum of Art, Sara Nightingale Gallery, Denise Bibro Fine Art, Elisa Contemporary Art, Pentimenti Gallery and ArtsWestchester. I received a BA in Art from Armstrong Atlantic State University and an MA from New York University. My work was also showcased and cataloged in the anthology "Cutting Edges: Contemporary Collage" by the Berlin publisher, Gestalten.
