November's Out Walking: Teatown Lake Reservation

Join us on a beautiful fall outing around the Teatown Lake Reservation! We will hike approximately 6 miles and take in picturesque lake views as well as hike along farm fields and through wooded areas. This is an intermediate trail which features uneven terrain and some minor hills to climb. Please note that there is a $7 parking fee.

Get ready to be inspired, join us for ONE Voice, and hear from an incredible HIV Stigma fighter and activist Mark S King!
MARK S. KING has been a globally recognized activist living with HIV since testing positive in 1985. His blog, My Fabulous Disease, which chronicles his life and the things that inspire him, won the GLAAD Award in 2020, and Mark has also been named LGBTQ Journalist of the Year by NLGJA. His book, A Place Like This, is his funny, wrenching memoir of living in Los Angeles during the dawn of the epidemic. Mark attributes his longevity to staying informed, the love of a good man, and double chocolate brownies made from scratch.
